Our beloved mother and grandmother, Anita Gloria Cuervo Listort, passed away on March 4th, 2025, at the age of 91. Anita Gloria was more than a grandmother; she was our best friend, our storyteller, and the heart of our family. Born in 1933, she was born to a first generation Italian-American mother and a Colombian immigrant father. Anita Gloria met Paul Edward Listort and built a blended family off of love, growth and perseverance. They were together for 63 years and built a home filled with love and laughter. She was known for her good sense of humor, delicious homemade cooking, her passion for reading, butterflies and her wise advice. Anita Gloria is survived by her husband; Paul, her eight children; Laura, Linda, Danny, Gary, Julie, Karen, Susan, Kenny, 12 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many loving in-laws. Anita Gloria had a strong Catholic faith and believed in the afterlife, she wouldn't want anyone to be sad of her death but would want everyone to celebrate her life!
