I knew Nick when he worked on the North Fork of Long Island some 25 years ago. He did some sub contract work for us repairing marine transmissions. I used him because he had a good reputation in the business. Nick came to The Island Boatyard and we hired him immediately. He was only with us for a short time and he was just beginning to feel comfortable with us as we were with him. I was looking forward to a long working relationship with Nick and the short time he was with us he helped immensely. He will be missed and remembered by all the people who his life touched.
