Obituary

Stephanie Renée Green was born on December 4th, 1957 in Brooklyn N.Y. to James Robert and the late Clara Virginia Green. She transitioned on March 19th, 2022 around 10:08am from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center due to multiple organ failures with her progressed cancer.

Stephane studied Marketing at Long Island University (LIU) and worked for Time Warner, Nickelodeon and several banks during the early part of her career. She later became an independent Journalist for movies and theatrical works with Shades of Green Entertainment and an early co-host of the Arise on Screen show. She covered a multitude of movie related events including The Tribeca Film Festivals and many Broadway and off-Broadway theatrical works.

Stephanie found her passion in the Entertainment Industry and spent the last thirty years of her life pursuing this love.

Stephanie leaves behind a son, Talon Skye Taylor, her Father James R. Green, Sisters and Brother-in-laws: Yasmin (Selwyn) Charles, Linda Green, Jameliah (Russell) Penfield, and LaSaan (Peter) Georgeson; Nephews & Nieces: Brian David Fitzpatrick, Yakirah Clara Imani Fitzpatrick, Dominique Janée Richards, Myles Dillon Penfield and Chelsea Marie.

Her outgoing personality and infectious smile will be sorely missed by many!

A “Warrior” Gone too soon. Stephanie you and I were like sisters at one point in our lives .
