Obituary
Lynne Allison Schirmer, 55, passed away on Saturday, September 29th.She was born on April 29,1963 in Floral Park, N.Y. She leaves to mourn her passing her mother, W. Katherine Hoak of Becket, MA, her brother and sister-in-law, Drew & Cheryl Schirmer of Islip, NY, her sisters& brothers-in-law, Katha & Andrew Kerr of Canton, CT, and Alexandra & Scott SmyserOf Los Angeles, CA. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, and her aunt and uncle, Cate & Jack Meyer of Davis, CA. Lynne was predeceased by her father, William G. Schirmer and her sister, Beth J. Schirmer.
Lynne attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and the Fashion Institute of New York in Manhattan. She was employed by HLK Design, Global Architectural and Interiors Company. She worked for many years for both Jennifer Convertibles and Jennifer Leather where she was a general manager.
There will be a commemorative service for Lynne on Saturday, October 27th at 1 PM at Café Gio, 761 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, N.Y.
